Tierra Harrell brings more than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including work with companies generating $35 million or more in revenue. Her background spans accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and financial operations, giving her a practical understanding of the accuracy, accountability, and insight businesses need at every stage of growth.

As the founder and CEO of TIER Financial Solutions, Tierra brings that experience to individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. She helps clients organize their finances, understand their numbers, and make informed decisions through personalized support grounded in clarity, confidence, and compliance.

Tierra launched TIER Financial Solutions with 32 tax clients in its first year. Today, the firm serves more than 175 tax clients—a client base over five times its original size. In 2024, she expanded the business to offer year-round bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll services. The firm’s services now also include historical accounting reconstruction, QuickBooks setup and cleanup, tax planning, CFO advisory, and financial coaching.

Whether rebuilding historical financial records or helping an owner plan for growth, Tierra pairs careful analysis with clear communication. Her goal is to give clients reliable financial information and the confidence to use it.

Tierra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas Southern University and her Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Accounting and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) candidate, continuing to deepen her expertise in auditing, internal controls, and risk management.

A military spouse, mother of three, and advocate for financial education, Tierra understands the importance of building stability while navigating change. Through TIER Financial Solutions, she is committed to helping families and business owners build stronger financial foundations.
